In the historic suburb of Belgravia, opposite the McGregor Museum, is Edgerton House, a listed Historical Home. Owned by Dr Podlas and Mr Cambouris, who s passion for the History and old world era of the diamond diggings has been recreated at Edgerton House.

Directions

From Cape Town: Follow the N12 into town in Memorial road. At the 1st traffic light turn right into Mc Dougal Street and carry on to the T junction. Turn left into Oliver Street and continue for 1 km past the shopping center before turning right into Carrington road at the road sign Memorial road area. Continue over 2 stops streets. Cross the traffic light at Du Toitspan road, the road name changes to Egerton road. Edgerton House is the second house on the left hand side. From Johannesburg: Follow the N12 into town. It becomes Transvaal road. Continue following this road to the 3rd traffic light and turns left into Quinn Street. Follow this road pass the railway station. At the second traffic light the name changes to Du Toitspan road. Continue in Dutoitspan road over 2 traffic lights and turn left at the 3rd traffic light into Egerton road. Edgerton House is the second house on the left hand side.
